This four-hour short course is for personal trainers and group fitness professionals or influencers currently using yoga as a part of their workouts. In the training, you will learn YogaFit’s Key Elements, the basics of teaching and incorporating yoga into group classes or training sessions. The master class will be one hour and demonstrate YogaFit’s Three Mountain approach to sequencing exercises.
