The Vishuddha chakra is the bottleneck of the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. It is the portal between the conscious and unconscious mind.

In this workshop we will learn to open up the lines of communication with ourselves by unlocking the power of the voice. We will release the story of “I don’t have a voice” and embody the beauty and healing potential of our own authentic voice.

This course will offer an experience of our voice as an experience of the truth of who we are. It is a gateway to emotional healing, our most authentic self, our creative flow, our connection to Divine. Come home to yourself to find nervous system regulation and emotional grounding.   • How to harness the power of the breath to enhance and support the power of the voice.
  • Vocal exercises to strengthen the voice, both externally and internally.
  • How to release physical and emotional tension to open the physical pathway of the throat and release the bottleneck of the Vishuddha chakra.
  • To find resonance through toning, bija sounds and vowel sounds, uniting specific sounds to various parts of the physical and energetic body. 
  • How to create group humming and rhythmic sounding to create specific physiological effects, including entrainment and coherence. 
  • How to stimulate the Vagus nerve, lower blood pressure, release stress, and elevate HRV. 
  • How to chant from the soul of our being to attune our individual self to the Universal energy of life.
