Fusion is an integrated fitness training that blends one modality of fitness with other modalities to burn more calories however staying true to each modality. We may have seen many different styles of this way of training in the past, for example, Spin/yoga, Spin and Tone, Tread and Tone, Piloxing, etc., anything else we can think of or have tried or taught?
The modalities for this class include Yoga/fitness, Pilates, Barre and Taichi.
It can be a combo of 2,3,4, or more depending on the length of the class.
