In this experiential workshop, you will explore the strengths and shadows of each archetype as they relate to the energy centers of the body—inviting greater self-awareness, balance, and inner alignment.

Through guided reflection and embodied movement, you’ll connect with the Maiden’s curiosity, the Mother’s compassion, the Huntress’s bravery, the Lover’s sensuality, the Queen’s sovereignty, the Mystic’s intuition, and the Sage’s deep wisdom. Each archetype will be paired with a corresponding posture or yoga pose to help you ground its energy into your body and spirit.
