Please join us for this unique Self Care Saturday focusing on “Happy Feet”!
**You will need a ball about the size of a tennis ball for this session.
In this class, we will focus on moving, stretching, strengthening, opening, and correctly placing our feet, as well as giving them some old-fashioned love and affection. We will increase energy and bring healing and relief to our feet, awakening them. Finding our mindful care and alignment also brings life and health to our knees, hips, and even our brains. Of course, all of our footwork will be incorporated into an hour-long yoga practice.
