Led by YogaFit Master Trainer Emily Morris
Participants will learn simple daily habits we can incorporate into our lives to improve our heart health. Suggestions include deep breathing/meditation, cardiovascular exercise, a diet of heart-healthy foods, a social support network, and more! We will also have the opportunity to join a small group that will share recipes and tips/suggestions with one another as a way to stay inspired.
