WHAT IS STAY TALL POSTURE WORKSHOP?
A guided 10-week program with live online training, videos, yoga classes, a training manual, and support through community. We will consider the body as a whole, then break down each piece, helping it to find its place in proper alignment through experiential anatomy, exercises, stretches, and facial release. As we study, we will learn tools, tips, and tricks to remember what we are learning and to evaluate and check in with our Posture. We lovingly learn to practice Posture 24/7. This is a hands-on, active program.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- Five 2-hour Live Online Training Sessions
- Five 1-hour Live Online Yoga Classes (focusing on the current part of the body studied in the corresponding Session)
- 2-4 weekly videos: Posture exercises and stretches, breath work, and more in-depth study into Posture
- Training Manual
- Community support and interaction
- Individual instruction and input
HOW IT WORKS:
- We will meet live online every week for 10 weeks
- There will be a two-hour Training Session one week and a yoga class the next week, during which we will practice what we learned from the Session.
- All live Sessions and yoga classes WILL BE RECORDED AND SENT TO THE PARTICIPANTS
- In between the Session and yoga class, you will receive short videos to continue learning and moving your body towards Posture

- June 14 SESSION 1 Overview, the ABC’s of Posture $50 (PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED to take any other trainings below)
- June 28 SESSION 2 Feet, Knees, Legs
- July 12 SESSION 3 Pelvis, and Ribcage
- July 26 SESSION 4 Shoulders, Neck, Head and Tongue
- Aug 9 SESSION 5 Living in Posture, Sitting, Bending, Walking, Sleeping, Trauma and Posture
Yoga Classes: Wednesdays Time TBD

ITEMS NEEDED FOR STAY TALL POSTURE WORKSHOP:
- Yoga Mat
- 2 tennis-size balls or Naboso Neuro Ball (awesome ball worth the $25, use code YOGAFIT to save 10%!)
- Full-size mirror (to see head to toe, can get at Walmart for under $10)
- Belt or Strap
- 2 Yoga Blocks
- Toe Spacers (Correct Toe Spacers are best, but any kind to start)
- Foam Roller
- Hand Towel
- Ribbon or Paper marked for 2.5” (will explain in intro video)

This program was originally taught by my doctor, Dr Adrienne Richwine. She helped me heal from 20 years of infections and antibiotics and taught me to Stay Tall! At one point, I was suffering for months with whiplash from a car accident. She invited me to her Posture Workshop – and WOW, after practicing for a few months, my whiplash was healed. I also noticed I could walk for miles without tiring, and my left hip no longer hurt. I had so much more energy and confidence and looked younger too!! My doctor asked me to take over her workshop 10 years ago. Stay Tall has grown from 16 pages of handouts to now an over 140-page manual. I told my doctor after my first workshop, “Thank you for opening the secrets of the universe to me.” My hope and prayer is for you to have the same experience.

Absolutely the best thing out there for posture, core strength, breathing, yoga etc. You may want to check on putting that out there with a book and a DVD. Nothing even comes close. More people need to find out about this. I know how much work and time you have put into this. I believe this is your calling. Meaning, putting this whole thing together. Can’t say it enough, but it is absolutely the best workshop/teaching/exercise DVD/ and all the written sessions.
