This workshop will examine some of the top factors that deteriorate health and well-being as we age and offer many low-cost and zero-cost techniques to keep a spring in our step as long as possible. The focus will be on movement, mindset, and ayurvedic lifestyle components that can be added to your personal practice or classes that you teach.
The practices are designed to be accessible and can be modified to meet your goals at any age or ability level. Â Whether you are a beginner or experienced in yoga and Ayurveda, you will find valuable insights and practices that can be integrated into your daily life.
You will need a yoga mat and any preferred props, as well as Something to take notes with, such as a notebook or Word document.
