Here’s the schedule:
Monday through Saturday at 10 am – Yoga with Beth
Mondays at 11:30 am – Mat Pilates with Beth
Occasional noon pop-up classes
Tuesdays at 6 pm and/or Saturdays at 10 am – practice and topical meeting with Beth
Two bonus meetings with Kelly Gardner and Yoga Strength classes with Kim Gray
