YogaLean is BACK, and we are ready to help you recover from summer and prepare for fall! This round, enjoy even more practices with Beth, either in person at the Be YogaFit studio or live online via Zoom.
Here’s the schedule:
Monday – Saturday at 10 am – Yoga with Beth
Monday at noon – Mat Pilates with Beth
Occasional noon pop-up classes
Tuesdays at 6 pm and/or Saturdays at 10 am – practice and topical meeting with Beth
Two bonus meetings with Kelly Gardner and Yoga Strength classes with Kim Gray
