What is YogaLean?
YogaLean is an 8-week weight management and wellness program designed to help you build strength, balance, and lasting healthy habits through a combination of yoga, nutrition, and mindful movement. This program provides a structured yet flexible approach to achieving your personal wellness goals with expert guidance and a supportive community.
Developed by Beth Shaw, founder of YogaFit® and a leading expert in holistic health, this program blends the principles of yoga with proven wellness strategies to help you create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Beth is an author, wellness educator, and advocate for integrative health, having trained thousands of instructors and practitioners worldwide.
How It Works:
Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll receive:
✅ 5 live online yoga and fitness classes per week – including strength training, yoga flow, and mobility sessions.
✅ Weekly live seminars on nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle habits.
✅ Guided support and coaching to help you stay accountable.
✅ A structured plan that meets you where you are, with modifications for all levels.
✅ Community support – connect with others on the same journey.
Start Date: April 1, 2025
Live Class Times:
Monday through Saturday at 10 am – Yoga with Beth
Mondays at 11:30 am – Mat Pilates with Beth
Occasional noon pop-up classes
Tuesdays at 6 pm and/or Saturdays at 10 am – practice and topical meeting with Beth
Two bonus meetings with Kelly Gardner and Yoga Strength classes with Kim Gray
(All classes are recorded for those who cannot attend live.)
What You’ll Need:
Participants are encouraged to have a yoga mat, light weights (optional), and a journal to track progress.
Does This Program Include the YogaLean Book?
The YogaLean book is NOT included with registration but is highly recommended as a companion to the program.
