Yoga has been shown to positively impact many conditions, from anxiety, depression, blood pressure, joint function, and a plethora of other mental and physical complaints. It may be no surprise, then, that yoga can impact our sexual wellness. Explore the ways that yoga can improve desire, arousal, and intensity of orgasm, reduce pain, and increase overall sensual satisfaction. We will note recent studies, sample yoga flows, and discuss practical applications to feel empowered, sexy and content.
