Using mindful movement, games, share circles, breathwork and visualization, this YogaFit Kids workshop demonstrates how to create an active, safe, and inclusive environment for kids and teens to explore their natural flexibility, develop more strength, and counter the stress of their daily lives.
Note: YogaFit Kids fulfills the specialty requirement necessary for completion of your YogaFit 200-hour teacher training certification. You may take this program at any time that works for your schedule.
Virtual Training Information:
