Pretty much everyone who has ever tried to lose weight knows that diets alone don’t work. So what does? In order for anyone to change their body, they must change their relationship with it, a process of transformation that involves the whole person—mind, body, and heart. In this two-day intensive training, you’ll learn how to work from the inside out, drawing from yoga philosophy and deep self-inquiry, to develop a plan you can share with your students and one-on-one clients.
