YogaFit 300-Hour Programs

For those who have completed the 200 hour

You’ve completed your 200-­hour teacher training and now you’re ready to fine-­tune your skills, develop your voice more fully, and discover the unique gifts you have to offer as a teacher. This 300­-hour training, combined with your 200-­hour certification, will give you the hours you need to register with Yoga Alliance at the 500-­hour level. Choose a schedule that works for you through two different options

1. YogaFit’s modular system allows you to complete certification at your own pace, paying as you go. Trainings can be attended virtually, during a YogaFit Mind Body Fitness Conference, at a host location near your home, across the country, or even abroad. Or mix and match in a completely different way. Your choice.

2. Attend our RYT 300 Virtual Intensive of Required Trainings. These intensives offer fixed dates and times and are offered at a discounted, bundled price and will get you started on your RYT 300 journey.

In addition to the required trainings in this intensive, you will complete 14 days of Electives in your choice of subject matter (you can work toward any of our Specialty Tracks simultaneously, choosing trainings that interest you most). Attending our India Intensive will also count as 10 elective days.

  • To use postural analysis screening to determine structural misalignment

  • Ancient therapeutic practices of classic yoga and the scientific research that supports them

  • How to teach restorative yoga and the proper use of props

  • Specific breath awareness techniques and pranayama practices

  • Anatomy and alignment through the lenses of Base of Support, Centre of Gravity, Skeletal Anatomy, and the physiology of stretching

Prerequisites: Completion of a Yoga Alliance approved 200hour teacher training

Note: YogaFit YTT Foundations (Level One): Foundations and Anatomy and Alignment I need to be taken if your 200-­hour certification is earned from a school other than YogaFit.

We offer a discounted price to 200hr Graduates of other Yoga Alliance approved schools. Price for Level 1 and Anatomy and Alignment 1 will be $149 each.

You will need to call to register with this discount. Verification of 200Hr Certification may be required.

Completion of this 300-hour training will allow you to register as a 500-hour RYT with Yoga Alliance.
