Some courses are a hybrid of live, mixed with a self study option in a learning management system (LMS). Our fully self paced option puts students in the driver’s seat for when and where you learn.

LIVE On-line Training
Description: Online training courses are conducted over the internet. These programs include live virtual classes, usually Zoom or Google Meet, reading materials, and assignments. In-Person LIVE
Description: Our in-person yoga teacher training courses are conducted at a physical location, such as a hosting yoga studio, retreat center, or ashram.
