FREE Self-Care Saturday: Mobility and Massage Slow Flow Class

The cold, dark winter months can leave us feeling physically tense and energetically drained. An effective way to nourish the body and restore energy is by adding self-massage with a tennis ball to our beloved flowing yoga classes. Incorporating massage and mobility into your regular routine helps to recover after intense exercise, loosen up tight areas of the body and create warmth and balance during the winter or vata season.

Experience a gentle yoga flow focused on improving joint mobility and relieving muscle tension, combined with self-massage techniques using props. This session promotes a deep sense of relaxation and body awareness, making it ideal for all levels seeking to ease stress and increase flexibility.

You will need:  A yoga mat, strap and block, Tennis ball, massage ball, RAD round or similar
