Why is it so hard to keep up our self-care practices? Tired of caring for everyone else, and not prioritizing yourself? YogaFit Worldwide Training Systems introduces its students to a path of awareness, acceptance, and transformation. Using that powerful trifecta, we’ll take a deep dive into mindfulness, meditation, and movement patterns that will help us develop healthy habits and support self-care practices in 2025. No experience or special gear is required, and you don’t have to set aside hours a day to begin and maintain a practice. You will need self-compassion and an open mind. Let’s get started together.

We will meet weekly on Tuesdays and sessions will be recorded for participants. We’ll discuss strategies and offer resources to continue the work between sessions. Your registration includes six 75-minute group meetings that will be recorded, a workbook, slides, and one 20-minute individual coaching session (must be booked during available time slots).
